SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time: All in stock orders are processed in 1-10 business days.

All commissions are shipped upon completion and discussed via email communication.

Shipping is done USPS Priority Mail is estimated to ship 1-3 business days. This is not always guaranteed. Holiday shipping times are currently taking longer than expected. Most items will ship in a medium or large size priority mail box.

If you would like to ship via ups or other carriers please reach out to me via email.

Customs and import taxes 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren’t responsible for delays due to customs.

Package says delivered but it’s missing?

We are NOT responsible after shipping, but we will help you with the steps in getting your package back! I would first contact your neighbors and wait a few days to see if it shows up! Once that occurs please contact your local USPS and report it missing. 

International orders:

We do offer international shipping but please be aware that we are not responsible for any items being taken at customs.  For a better shipping quote please reach out to me about your order and I can create a custom invoice for you via PayPal.
